We are delighted to announce that UNO Offshore, an esteemed maritime brokerage, formally joined IFCHOR GALBRAITHS (IG) as of May 2023. This action has given rise to the foundation of IG Offshore, which concentrates its efforts on the Oil & Gas industry.
UNO Offshore, founded by Hans Christensen in 2010, currently consists of seven team members in its Bergen and Haugesund locations who actively provide a vast selection of services including chartering, newbuilds, sale and purchase, research, and consulting. Hans has long experience in Offshore and has been an executive of a large broking company before founding UNO.
This union of UNO Offshore under the IG wing reinforces our continuous aspiration to stay ahead of the ever-transforming shipping field, foresee forthcoming trends, and guarantee our customers a premium quality and a broad array of services.
The acquisition solidifies IG’s status in the Offshore sector, following the establishment of our partnership with GRS in 2021, which already puts us in the Renewables market.
